Gamma 160

Manual butt welding machine for welding plastic pipes in HDPE and PP up to Ø 160 mm.

With Gamma 160 you can fabricate fittings by joining pipe segments thanks to steel sliding clamps. Machine can also weld molded fittings like bends, tees, wyes and flange necks up to Ø160 mm; short flange necks can be welded with the help of a tool for flange necks and thin clamp (on request).

The minimalist frame makes Gamma 160 compact, versatile, and easy to transport.

FEATURES
The machine body is mounted on a steel frame that serves as a workbench and is equipped with pressure regulating device of the bench clamps closure. A characteristic of the Gamma 160 is the steel sliding clamps, and standard equipment with inserts from Ø 40 to 140 mm.
The heating plate is Teflon-coated and has an electronic precision thermoregulator.
Electric-controlled milling cutter for levelling the ends of the pipe and/or fitting. The safety microswitch prevents accidental starts.
Convenient support for the Milling cutter and Heating plate.
Available in the 110 V or 230 V versions – Single Phase.
Available 400 V Three Phase version.
