Elektra 1000 is the versatile welder for electrofusion fittings for pressure pipelines in PE, PP, PP-R that welds fittings from 8 ÷ 48 V and up to Ø 1600 mm*. Collaboration with multiple partners worldwide has given Ritmo extensive technical knowledge, not tied to a single manufacturer of electrofusion fittings.
* The working range may vary depending on the brand of fittings. Check with the fitting manufacturer for the required welding power and time.

- Freedom of choice
With the powerful scanner of the Elektra 1000, you can read the barcode of the fitting and automatically set the welding parameters – ISO 13950. The laser scanner technology we offer you allows for improved reading in cases of strong contrasts/reflections. It is still possible to enter the welding values manually through the navigation menu: welding voltage/time, or a numeric code associated with the barcode.
- Traceability
Maximum traceability with Elektra 500 for welding in compliance with ISO 12176-3 Operator Traceability and ISO 12176-4 Fitting/Pipe Traceability standards. It is possible to expand the traceability functions by identifying the jobsite through a GPS Kit (on request). The geolocation data is included in the welding report.

- What it looks like
The machine body is wrapped in a tubular steel frame that creates a protective structure and gives the welding machines a design and functionality, also serving as a carrying handle and to house the cables. The graphic display stands out for its size and facilitates reading during the setting and working phases. The control panel is intuitive and makes the setup of the welding machine quick.

Leave nothing to chance, certify your work with a welding report in PDF format. Rely on the powerful internal memory capable of storing 4,000 welds. All data is always easily downloadable to an external memory through the USB port, directly in PDF, CSV, or BIN format. In the case of the BIN format, the Ritmo Transfer software is required (on request).
- Unique style
Since 2008, our Elektra Line welding machines have been equipped with universal connectors, which means that no adapters are required for welding. The Elektra 1000 model has 90-degree universal connectors with a diameter of 4.0 – 4.7 mm.
