WHY HDPE MANHOLES?
HDPE Manholes is highly recommended over the traditional manholes made from concrete or bricks due to many advantages they hold including easy handling, shorter installation time, watertight fit and less maintenance. Moreover, they are highly resistant to sulphuric acid, a substance that is frequently found in sewers and is therefore highly recommended over the traditional manholes made from concrete or bricks.
ADVANTAGES
- Watertight
- Impact resistant
- Strong
- Light
- Fast installation
- No maintenance
Product Line
HDPE Manhole
Manhole cross section thickness differs according to its size and depth
Inspection Chamber
Inspection Chamber cross section thickness differs according to its size and depth
Onsite Installation
Drops
Mark the drop opening according to the pipe diameter and the desired location
Filling and Compaction
- Fill the crevice created between the manhole and the excavation with sand and gravel
- In the event of development work being carried out in the country, mark the manhole in a prominent manner until the works are over
The Manhole cover
- The manhole cover should be suitable for the location and traffic conditions
- In case of medium or heavy load, the lid should be placed on a concrete slab
- The concrete slab should be placed around the manhole’s top neck to prevent transfer of direct load to the manhole.
Installation of Inlet and Outlet
The installation procedure is one of the strong points of the HDPE Manhole. The faster installation, reduced manpower requirements, light lifting gear and ease of connection to the sewage system are just some of the factors that contribute towards the installation cost up to 50%, compared to an equivalent solution with concrete manholes.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HDPE MANHOLE COMPONENT
There is two type of Manhole
a. Open top
It consist of manhole body (HDPE Flat Base Structure Wall Profile Pipe) + HDPE
b. Neck top
It consist of Manhole body (HDPE Structure Wall Profile Pipe) + HDPE Flat base + HDPE flat top with a neck of HDPE Structure Wall Profile Pipe ID 600mm with standard height of 25cm (can be customized)
Both type component is connected together by HDPE Welding accord-ing to DVS2207
DOES HDPE MANHOLE CONTAIN STAIRS?
Every Manhole starting from Height 1.5 meter contain of HDPE Stairs & connected to the Man-hole body from inside by HDPE Welding according to DVS2207.
HOW CAN IT BE INSTALLED?
A trench is excavated to reach the design elevation of the Manhole bottom level. Place manhole on a stable base from concrete then putting a full impact backfilling.

HOW WE CAN CONNECT DIFFERENT TYPES OF PIPES?
A. HDPE Pipes, Corrugated pipes or Solid pipes can be welded by extrusion polyethylene Gun.
B. UPVC pipes can be connected with Rubber gasket.
C. Different types of pipes such as steel pipe can be connected welded in with HDPE Stub flange adaptor the manhole body with Steel flange.
CAN BE USED AS A DRAINAGE LIFTING STATION ROOM?
Yes, it can be used with the availability of fixing the pump inside with full isolation for the pump base without penetrating the Manhole base.
As all of its components are only HDPE, so it has the same lifetime of Polyethylene & HDPE, with high chemical resistance.
